Overview
The Human Resources function exists to add value to the Garvan through the development and implementation of policies and processes; recruitment and retention of high quality scientific and non-scientific staff; performance management; competitive remuneration; and compliance in relation to statutory obligations in the area of employment and industrial law.
There are numerous benefits to working at Garvan, including a tax
free allowance made possible by our not-for-profit-status, an in-house
cafe, and planned childcare provision.
