MLC Community Foundation Flow Cytometry Facility
The MLC Community Foundation Flow Cytometry Facility comprises high
speed cell sorters to allow the separation of up to four populations of
cell types from any body fluid or tissue suspension. The pure
population of cells, separated on the basis of multiple phenotypic and
functional characteristics, can then be grown as pure cultures, used to
extract RNA or DNA for genetic analyses, or implanted into animal
models, for functional assays and therapeutics.
