Asthma

Our group has three main lines of research: 1. Developing new therapeutic approaches for asthma, in particular, to develop monoclonal antibodies as therapeutic tools; 2. Studying the link between diet, fatty acid binding proteins and asthma; 3. Looking more broadly at the links between inflammatory and metabolic diseases because we now know that inflammatory cells release signalling molecules called cytokines that can affect various aspects of metabolism.
