Our group aims to apply computational and statistical methods to model biological and clinical questions related to cancer biology and translational research. In collaboration with the Pancreatic Cancer Group, we focus on integrative analysis of multidimensional “-omics” datasets generated by deep sequencing of cancer genome, transcriptome and epigenome to identify candidate driver mutations and pathway aberrations in pancreatic cancer.  We are also interested in developing novel computational approaches to link network information in pathways, protein-protein interaction networks and genetic regulatory networks to phenotype and clinical outcome.
