The main wall at the rear of the foyer and atrium area in The Kinghorn Cancer Centre features a permanent installation artwork, White Water Falls (2012) by the British land artist Richard Long, which spans eight floors. Look up, and you'll see several flights of stairs connecting floors from different angles.
The foyer includes a reception and patient waiting area, and provides access to the Nelune Centre (to the right) and wellness centre (to the left) on the ground floor. Lifts and stairs provide access to the first floor waiting area, education area, MDT (Multidisciplinary Team) room and consultation rooms.
Higher levels house the Professor John Shine Room and other meeting rooms, a reflection garden, laboratories, offices and the Kinghorn Centre for Clinical Genomics, which includes a genomic sequencing laboratory and bioinformatics/clinical data management area.
