Solving the problem of autoimmune disease
Autoimmune diseases can be debilitating and lifelong — and more than 12% of us are affected. You probably know someone suffering from one.
There’s no cure for autoimmune disease but there is hope: a common cause may underpin Type 1 diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, lupus, coeliac disease and more.
Our team has established Hope Research to find that root cause.
You can help this exciting new research get off the ground.

How your help is giving hope
You might know someone who can ultimately benefit from this ambitious work.
Any donation directly supports research that might otherwise struggle to get funded. Once we have momentum, we can take our findings into clinical development and trials — and ultimately work to a cure.
Your donation helps kickstart this whole process.
Making significant discoveries
If we can identify and target ‘rogue clone’ cells in the immune system, we can possibly cure a wide range of autoimmune diseases. Progress has already been made with Sjögren’s syndrome and we hope to expand to 35 other diseases.
If we can test and confirm our theory, then we can use the latest immunotherapies and targeted drugs to eradicate rogue clone cells from the body.
