Hanyun Zhang
Hanyun was trained as a computational pathologist at the Institute of Cancer Research (UK). She specializes in deep learning for cell identification and spatial statistics to study the tumour microenvironment. In early 2024, she joined Alex Swarbrick’s lab at the Garvan Institute to investigate tumour-immune interactions using spatial transcriptomics.
